The Complete Guide To Genius

Most people believe that intelligence cannot be increased. They say that intelligence is genetic or that education is the key, or that you'll never be smart etc etc. But the truth is, intelligence will always be increased if you know how. In fact, did you know that simple techniques can increase your IQ to over 180? I will explain this to you right now.

What I'm about to say might seem obvious but it isn't so please pay attention, and this will reveal HUGE secret on how to increase your IQ and intelligence

I'm going to ask you a totally 100% strange question which i bet you definitely 99% you will NOT get the right answer. This will reveal a massive secret about reaching the 180 IQ.

The question is:

" When you think, do you MAKE the thoughts you're thinking?"
...........
...........

Confused? Weird question huh? Let me ask you again then............

Do you MAKE the thoughts you think?
............
...........

Aha. The answer is actually NO.

You ever MAKE the thoughts YOU think

Instead, you actually RECEIVE the thoughts!

Who would have guessed! You see my student, you are actually RECEIVING your thoughts from your SUBCONSCIOUS mind which is the seat of your intelligence.

The thoughts you have come from the subconscious and are received by your conscious mind which is the process of how you get the thoughts.

And there believe it or not, ACTUALLY, lies the secret to the 180 IQ. The Secret Is This: By accelerating the process of how thoughts are received, you can have more thoughts and ideas. Ie, your intelligence will increase and you will have ACCESS to the hidden treasures of the GENIUS within the subconscious mind!

Damn i feel smart. Did you get it? Or do you need to increase your IQ so that you do get it? :)

So we we want to be using specific means to make sure this happens. One more thing, acceleration of thoughts is fundamental. However, so to is expansion

You see, to accelerate the process of your thoughts will give you a 180 IQ but also expanding the source of where your thoughts are received will give you a greater thought reservoir from which to think. So not only will your thoughts come thick and fast, but you will have GREATER BRAIN POWER because you have more resources when it comes to thinking!

And all of this means a direct increase in

1. reasoning ability

2. problem solving ability

3. mathematical ability

4. listening ability

5. memory ability

6. creativity

And so on. And so forth.

So would you like to be a genius? You know, your wasting your time reading this article and not ACTING to become a genius. Surely you want to ACT to get what you WANT, don't you? See, I once felt proud of myself for KNOWING what created GENIUS levels of intelligence but an idiot at the same time for not knowing how to PRACTICE to get that intelligence. My advice is to SEEK and you will find. If i give you it all on a plate, you simply wouldn't see its value.

The author increased his IQ from 85 to over 180, using the methods and techniques he learned throughout his life.

Picking Out The Best Sandal for Your Child

Choosing a pair of sandals for your children can be a difficult process. Without considering issues such as growing room or foot support, you could end up buying sandals that are bad for your child's feet.

Growing Room

Make sure that there is a bit of room between the heel and the back of the sandal, and likewise between the little toe and the outside of the sandal. This will not only assure that your child's sandals are safe, but there is a little growing room. Recheck the fit of the sandal after about two months, especially if you know that your child is going through a growth spurt.

Children's Foot Myths

You've probably read somewhere that you need to make sure that your child is getting off to the right start with good arch support. If they are under seven years of age, they do not need arch support. If they are over seven, you may want to start looking for a sandal with a bit of arch support.

Sandals have gotten a bit of bad press with parents who are led to believe that they let the feet "spread". This is simply not the case - they are in fact better for a child's feet as they do not constrain the toes and feet, and therefore will not misshape the feet later in life.

Safety First

As a parent, the first thing on your mind is safety. The first piece of insurance against falls and scrapes is to follow the advice above and purchase a sandal with a good fit. Sandals with closed backs and/or back straps are best to guarantee no missteps, and wide straps guarantee that the sandal will last as long as your child's feet are that size.

You should also ensure that the sandal isn't loose-fitting - this will make it difficult for your child to walk in them. Straps should be tight but not so much that your child's foot bulges out of them.

Economy

Until your child reaches around seven, they will go through a great number of shoes. If you find a good deal online, buy the sandal in a few sizes to account for growth; they certainly won't be getting any cheaper, and it will be brand new if it hasn't been taken out of the box for a year. Make sure when you are pinching pennies that you are not sacrificing quality and fit - shopping online guarantees that you do not have to do this.

Go to a higher end shoe store for children, and take note of the brands that you like the fit of - then go online and buy them.

Breaking Them In

Have your child wear the sandals around the house with socks; this will keep them from getting blisters from the straps.

What To Stay Away From?

Synthetic soles are good for the beach, but that is it. Plastics will make your child's feet sweat and make it unsafe for them to walk. Stick with a leather, cloth, or suede sole for the best results.

If your child is under the age of six, avoid decorative trim that may cause a choking hazard, no matter how cute it looks.

I Want To Go Green

Since your little tyke will be going through a lot of sandals, chances are good that you want to minimize those little footprints on the earth. If this is the case, steer clear of synthetics and go for sandals made of natural materials such as cork, leather, and suede. These are biodegradable. Also check out where they are made - the closer to the USA they are made the more eco-friendly they are. Taiwan, for example, is closer to the US than China, as is Vietnam. Sandals made in these countries are still coming a long way, but they aren't burning as much fossil fuel on the way.

Kids Apparels

Kids’ apparel is a booming industry in India. This is again an emerging outlet in India as western markets are much advanced. This is truly a selective clientele (kids) as they outgrow clothes very soon. Foremost factors to be regarded in kid fashion are comfort clothing and trendy wears.

Fasteners like zippers, buttons, hooks or press buttons need to be tagged well. The clothes should allow an airy feeling and allow easy removal. Adhering to climate changes, the fashion in kids wear is aligned accordingly.

Clothes range from full length pants, culottes, Capri’s, shorts, leggings, skirt-pants, tights and cycling short pants for leg wear. Tops come in full sleeves, sleeveless and other varieties in puff, bell or loose sleeves. Fusion wear does great business in kids wear.

Accessories too are a high demand market. Kids love all that is required by the adults. Goggles, kerchiefs, wrist watches, hair clips, belts and shoes are specially tailored for the kids section. Kerchiefs can be bright coloured or cartoon printed. Girlie stuff includes hair clips, bracelets and pretty shoes in soft pink and other whites. Boys in the making of men demand sterner stuff with faux pas rugby shoes, gloves, caps-hats, sun glasses and tough weather jackets.

Festival time like Dushera and Christmas line the markets with bright little ghagra cholis, lehengas and strappy cholis. Christmas is Santa time with red colours and furry caps. Winter time brings with it ponchos, sweaters, little stoles, head gears and kid gloves in comfortable wool.

Interesting designs in swim wear complete with head protection and funny float toys as hampers. An emerging section also includes typical body suits of action heroes and other animal/bird clothing for fancy dress functions.

Birthday apparels come in tuxedos, pretty frilly frocks in blue and pink, traditional ghagras in fusion pastels, gentle embellishments with pearls and thread work. Blazer suits and coat pants for trendy young men too.

Shoes offer a huge range in sneakers, black leathers, canvas and soft inner linings. Shock resistant and easy Velcro fittings for added comfort.

How to Get Your Custom T-shirts Printing Job Done Fast

Here is a few tips for people looking for fast turnaround screen printed t-shirts. (These advises are for people looking for fast screen printed t-shirts instead of digitally printed t-shirts. Digitally printed t-shirts are done in a different process than screen print t-shirts, they have the advantage in speeding up the process since they do not need color separation and screen burning process. However screen printed t-shirts have better imprint color quality as well as better imprint longevity.)

Here is a check list for you to speed up your custom t-shirts job.

How ready is your artwork? Artwork can be categorized into 2 groups based on their origins. First are scanned images and second are computer generated images. In the first group, paintings, photographs, printed materials or the similar are scanned and save as digital files of your artwork. Quality of your digital artwork has a lot to do with your scanning resolution. Normal requirement is 300 dpi (dot per inch). However keep in mind that your reproductions will not be better than your originals. So no matter how high your scanning resolution is, you are simply not getting a better reproduction image if your original is not. So in a nutshell for people using this group of artwork, find the best quality original you can. Scan it at 300 dpi or better. Save it and send it to your printer without re-sizing it. The file size of your scanned image will potentially be big. However, supportive printer should be able to accommodate your file sending by either increasing the mail box size or arrange a FTP transfer for you. In the second group, computer generated images, we have 2 sub-groups which are raster images and vector images. Raster images are resolution dependant images such formats as tiff, jpg, psd.

The only requirement for this group is to make sure they are created in actual imprint size (or close to actual imprint size), and are in 300 dpi as original resolution (not resample resolution). The file size of this sub-group is potentially big, make sure you talk to your printers about the size of your artwork file before sending. The second sub-group is called vector based images such formats as ai, eps. They are resizable, non-resolution dependent artwork. Their file size are usually reasonable. They are very welcome by most printers due to their non-resolution dependent nature. When you submit vector based images, just make sure you create outlines for your type (so your printer won't run into missing font problem when opening your artwork), your image is created at actual size or close to actual size. And of course if you have a printer who is knowledgeable and capable in preparing artwork for you for a reasonable cost, that could be your best bet in making sure you don't waste time going back and forth on artwork format and requirement with your printer.

Do you know the type of shirts you want? There are many choices of shirts you can get . Make sure you did your homework and know what you want when placing an order for your custom t-shirts. If you just want basic t-shirts, it is pretty simple. Even though there are many brands of basic t-shirts, they are normally in 2 classes of fabric weight, 5.6 oz and 6.1 oz. Then you have pocket and non-pocket t-shirts for each weight, as well as long sleeve and short sleeve t-shirts. Beside basic t-shirts, you will have fashion fitting t-shirts such as American Apparel and Tultex, these are slimmer fitting than the basic t-shirts. They are in ring-spun 30 single fine jersey fabric, meaning softer and finer fabric. Then we have even more choices for girls and ladies t-shirts such as cap sleeve, raglan 3/4 sleeve, scoop neck, boys beater tank tops, baby doll spaghetti, ringer t-shirts, camouflage t-shirts etc...

Do you research on t-shirt styles ahead of time will not only save you time, it will allow you to find the best style for your event.

If your custom t-shirts job requires individual names or numbers printed (such as team numbers), prepare a list to indicate the names or numbers and their sizes to expedite the process.

If there is dead line to meet, make sure your printer is aware of it as well as taken shipping time into consideration.

If you are under press of time and without artwork. Ask if your printer has any kind of ready art library that you can pick and ask them to modify to fit your requirement. It will be much faster than having yourselves starting from scratch.

Give your printer the Pantone number to indicate your imprint color when submitting your t-shirts order. This will save some time in communication and help speeding up your order.

Your printer should provide a paper proof for you to review the accuracy of your custom screen print t-shirt order. As soon as you finish your review, get back to your printer immediately so they can process your order right away.

Last but not least, there are shipping options such as 3-day select, 2nd day air and next day air to accommodate your need in speed. Ask for full price quote with different shipping options from your printer.

How to Dress Appropriately for a School Dance

When you have a school dance coming up, try to find out what type of dance it is. It could be formal, or informal, and it could be a theme dance. Either way, you want to look your best, and to show up appropriately dressed. If you are not sure what to ask, then ask someone who knows.

Steps

1. Understand that a formal dance is completely opposite of an informal one.

2. In a formal dance, girls will need a dressy dress or a fancy blouse and skirt, or dress slacks. Boys should wear a solid color, usually blue or black, suit and a nice tie. If you are going with a date, then coordinate the colors that you each are wearing. The school will post the attire that can and cannot be worn.

3. Informal means less dressy, but you still want to look different from your every day clothes. Primp a little bit, after all it is a dance, and not a regular school day. Girls should wear nice jeans with a cute top and comfy, cute shoes, and guys should wear slacks, and a casual shirt. You do not need the tie. ,

4. Theme dances are just that. The dance attire will relate to what the theme is. If it is a Hawaiian dance, find something to wear that has a Hawaiian look about it. Research in the library to find something appropriate that you can either make or buy. It's fun to figure out a themed outfit and you do not have to spend a lot of money either.

5. Just a regular get-together dance can be less scary - a get together with your friends where you can wear just about anything comfortable. You can wear your usual school clothes, just make sure that everything is ironed and clean. You all can create a theme yourselves for this get-together. The idea is to have fun, and look good.

Tips

For hair and makeup, a formal dance means that you push the boat out a little bit. Wear more makeup, and make your hair really different and special. Usually girls go to the beauty parlor for a formal hairdo, or have someone create a different style for them at home.

Don't be afraid to try something different. Remember that a dance is a special event, and when you enter, you want everyone to look at you and make you feel as if you were the center of attention.

Experiment a few days before so you aren't stuck for ideas on the day, and you can see what looks good on you.

Warnings

Be sure to follow your school's dress code or you can be sent home.

Males do not wear hats indoors. Females may choose to wear hats indoors, but usually remove the hats, if they are blocking the view. This would be at a movie theater for example.

Make sure what you're wearing isn't too revealing or desperate.

If plan on wearing make-up, make sure not to put too much on.

If you wear make-up, and you think you are going to sweat try wearing water-proof make-up so it won't run, or smudge, and if you don't want to wear make-up, then don't! You never have to do anything.

How to Design a Kid’s Bedroom

To design a bedroom for your child can be a very special and tricky undertaking, but also a lot of fun and the end result will be the look on your child’s face, well worth all the hard work to any parent.

Your aim should be to design the room to reflect your child’s likes and fit in with their personality, so ensure you involve them in the process and don’t get carried away and decorate it how you want it!

How much input your child has will depend on their age but be enthusiastic and treat it as a fun project and they are sure to have their say.

The perfect child’s room should serve a number of functions, not just a place for them to sleep but also to do homework, listen to music, entertain friends and generally chill out.

To get started and pick up some unique and cool ideas, take your child window shopping. This will let you see what is available out there and your child can vocalise their likes and dislikes.

The great thing about kid’s furniture is that a lot of it can be multi functional and maximise space, ensure you have the room measurements before actually purchasing anything and check out the floor space too, it’s no good if drawers and cupboard doors don’t have room to open properly.

Plan if you will paint the room or wallpaper. Painting is quite simple and bright whilst wallpapers can follow the theme chosen or exhibit movie characters, such as Disney.

Kids love themes. Everything can be purchased to fit a particular theme from wallpaper, bedding, pillows, curtains and rugs to chairs, doorknobs and towels.

You will know from experience that kids have a lot of ‘stuff’ and storage will be a priority.

Toys, clothes, books, games, all need to be cleared away and if provided with their own little shelf or box, your child will be more inclined to put them away after playing and keep the room tidy, or tidy-ish!

There are all kinds of organising structures to buy.
One of the most popular is a bunk bed that integrates a computer or seating area with storage drawers underneath. Beds can come with this built in storage or shaped as a car or fantasy bed, kids especially love these novelty beds.

Add children’s bedding, pillows, sheets and curtains and there’s a great child’s bedroom complete.

As we all know, children grow up fast, one minute they are tiny babies and the next walking and talking with a personality of their own.

Take this into consideration when designing their room, unless you are planning on redecorating every couple of years.
If the design is too age specific your child will grow out of it and you might find yourself having to, all too soon, do it all again.

Designing a child's room can be fun and an ideal way to spend quality time together.

Keep to the basic principles and it will be a precious and rewarding time for everyone.
